that would be you tie rod end (outer to be exact) and it does looked screwed. if it wiggles alot it need replaced and an alighnment as well.

mine looks like that also, I guess it needs to be replaced.

eh man thanks for answering so quick! The whole tie rod has to be replaced? is this an expensive repair?

No sir it's not an expensive part for OEM replacement, but you can also get aftermarket pieces that are supposed to be much much better for a bit more money
