It's under the turbo manifold in the back and has a hose that goes up to the valve cover.I think it's part of the pcv but not sure.
Thanks for any help

It's the drain tube for the OE oil catch can.

Inside the press fit into the block? No. And there should be no o-rings at the catch can as well. Just hoses and clamps.

Yes hijacker it seems to be leaking around the metal pipe where it goes into the block..any solution or ideas of where it might actually be leaking causing it to appear to be leaking from there

That braided line will tend to stretch when it gets hot from the engine/turbo heat. It's all good and tight when cold. Then it will start to leak when it heats up and flexes. Can you move the hose like that up and down on the tube when its hot with the clamp as tight as you can get it without breaking it (using a glove of course ;) )? Try using a better quality clamp(Yes Nissans are just that way lol), or cut back some of the braided line then clamp it down with the rubber on the tube. I know A LOT of people with this issue including myself. I highly doubt that its the press fitting unless you can move the whole thing....

Hope this helps. :)

The press fit is steel, and the block is aluminum. If anything, the aluminum should expand slightly more than the steel fitting, ensuring a tighter seal. I would double check you don't have a leak out of the house.

It probably is the hose then..I'll see if the steel pipe is pressed all the way in..car was a hack when I got it..a lot has been replaced including all the baskets but when I pulled the motor I noticed the oil around the tube so I wanted to see..should I get a new braided hose?that one looks older than the car itself.lol

The factory uses a tension band clamp like this one but with a stock hose. Basically it will hold the hose long enough to "cook and seal" it on the tube. Since it is a PITA to get to with a Set of Pliers to get it off, that is why they changed it.
U can change it but cut back some of the braid and you should be good.

Should I double clamp of a little bit apart?

You can for extra insurance. Use a clamp for the rubber on the tube and the other for the braid. SR20's like to move a lot even with modified motor mounts they STILL move LOL.
