In the picture, you are looking at the Oil Filter element that bolts up to the block. Look at the picture where the circle is. Any idea what that goes to? Thanks all.

it look like it's feeding oil to somewhere, maybe for the turbo?

Maybe an oil cooler?

No it's not for the turbo's, they get oil from the block.

It's for the oil pressure switch. If you have the FSM you'll see that.

If I do not have that pressure switch, what do I do? Is that something that can only be ordered from Japan. I know that I can tap it for 1/8 NPT threads and install one from say a Maxima. But what is that "spade" connector on the right hand side of the pic? What does that go to?

That on the side looks like a temp sensor for a gauge.

Just put an oil pressure gauge on it... you'll probably want a gauge anyway instead of just a low oil pressure light.

I could be wrong...my FSM isn't here in front of me, but I am pretty sure that terminal is for oil temp. It would make sense as this is the oil cooler element.

However, doesn't the ECU monitor the oil pressure? I could just tap it with 1/8NPT threads, and install on from a Maxima. That way, I still retain the oil pressure, and I can still install a gague of some sort.
