What IS this noise when I brake? *Video*

Hey all! Long time no post. Cars still running strong, about to do some routine maintenance.

I install Brembo rotors/ceramic pads a couple weeks ago and the car brakes perfectly fine, but now its making this LOUD, arduous whining noise on my passenger side only. Has any one else ever heard this noise before?

Few things to take note of: It makes this noise after driving for a while, at low speeds and ONLY when i start to brake. NOT fully compressed.

I took the pads and brake retainers out yesterday, cleaned off the retainers with a brush and installed them back on. No dice.

I have ceramics as well, but stock rotors. Try some 60-0 hard stops to clean off any build up. Works for mine when they get whiny.

Yea its weird I've been doing hard stops but not from 60-0. I dont know if those metal bracket retainers are hitting the rotor because the rotors are new, thus a little thicker? Or just s*** pads. But its Brembo, so I'd like to hope they didn't send me crap pads. I'll go and try some hard stops.
