what is this hose its leaking and how can i stop it?

as you can see in the 2nd pic theres some sort of greenish crap around it i cleaned it like 2mo's ago and now its back so is it my A/C byt he way my A/C is not working properly either needs to be recharged

Ohh man...I hope that is not leaking. I is gonna be a job. After you get done changing that you are going to have to vacuum the system and then recharge it. It is quite easy but very time consuming.

also i saw a recharger kit with oil and leak sealer made by arctic freeze (i think it was arctic something) is that nay good to seal that leakthanksD

Could be green dye used to check for leaks.

You could have a bad o ring or the hose could be cracked or.......nothing might be wrong

If somebody slopply put in the green dye and it went all overyour engine compartment accidently then it might not be leaking.

Get some gauges from autozone and test hi side and low sidereading and see how long a vacuum will hold.

i clean it up with engine cleaner couple times but after a couple of weeks its back, and no i need the a/c man

well technically speaking you dont, i never use mine, i think its because my last car didnt have it.
