what is this gasket called and where can i buy one? picture inside.

Ok, i have a terrible exhaust leak, and i have narrowed it down to this gasket. when the car was cold, i reached in there and i could feel hot exhuast air flowing out of this gasket area. I need to know where i could find one, what its called, and how much roughly they are, also, how much of a friggin pita it is to put in. sure looks like a pain in the rear end.

Do you have a better picture?Where abouts is it, maybe i'm just blind?

Between the turbo charger and the manifol?Between the turbine on the turbo and the elbow?
