What is this cutout on the front bumper?

Hey guys I'm currently in the market for a G37 sedan and came across this one with a rectangular cutout on the front bumper near the drivers side fog light. Can anyone tell me what it is and what it does? What package does it belong to?

Welcome to NICO! My first guess would be if it has the intelligent cruise control. I'm 99% sure my G doesn't have that, and it doesn't have the technology package.
