What is this code?

I am getting the service engine light display and when I took the car in for diagnostics I got the code P0745. What does the code mean? I have a 2005 Altima. Repair person told me it was a solenoid that needed to be reset. Can I do this myself?

Thank you for your reply to my question. Does this mean something's wrong with the transmission itself, or it just needs to be reset? I've noticed that since the light when on my car has a "knock" when I go from idle to first gear. Afterwards it seems to run perfectly ok.
