If it was under the console on the right hand side then its probably the shift control unit. But I'm not %100 sure because I have never seen what they look like for the Z32 chassis.

See if it has this part number on it: 3103645P00

If it wasn't under the console on the right hand side then tell us where it was - that way we can try and help you. :bigthumb:
