Same as above. I need to unplug-remove whatever this piece is, there are two of them on the Intake side of the block. I would have taken more pictures, but my camera died Also, what is it? I tried looking through the FSM, but could not find anything This is the last piece of the last harness I have to remove so I can send them away to be mated together! I assume Kamin or TMS will respond always full of knowledge!

Is it a green sensor screwed into the block?

one spade terminal inside? Could be your knock sensors.

I dunno, I have yet to remove it =P There is one plug around cyl #2 and one around cyl # 5. Both are identical in size and color. How do I remove it? It looks as though it has two places to pinch and remove it, but I have to use a set of long needle-nose pliers and cannot remove it as of yet.

No, nothing wrong that I know of... just trying to remove so I can send my harnesses out to be re-wired.

Alright, assuming it is the knock sensor, what do I need to do to remove / un-hook it so I can send my harness off?

I assume this is what you are both speaking of.

The pic is bad-- no-existent, but it seems to be what I needed. Thanks for clarifying what the sensor(s) are.

why are you removeing sensors from the block? You dont need the sensors out to send off the harness.

He's not removing the sensors. He was just wondering how to disconnect the clips from the knock sensors so he can remove his harness.

One more reason to go RB20, the knock sensors unplug easy!
