i did a search but didn't find anything that answers this question:

what is the technical difference between coilovers for s13, 180sx, s14, and s15?

is it the length of the coilovers?

is it the upper pillowball mounts or lower attachment points?

is it possible to use s14 coilovers on an s13 or s15 if they are height adjustable?

and does it matter if you have a convertible or hatchback instead of a coupe?

I can't comment on the S15.The S13 coupe and hatch (180) are the same here in US as in JPan.The S14 uses rediculously long rear shocks, and the upper mount bolt spacing is different. The fronts share the same upper mount spacing, but the bolts for the spindle are thicker.I would not risk spending money even if the price is unbelievably cheap on the wrong parts. If your ride is an S13 coupe or hatch, buy for that chassis. Or a 180. Hope this helps.
