I called and ordered a z32 tt driver's side axle yesterday from z1motorsports.

I received this axle today:

Sorry for the poor phone pics, but the axle is 26.5" to 27" in length when fully compressed.

The problem is I don't know how to identify z32 tt stuff, I'm just not very familiar with it.

How can I be certain I received the correct axle?

And this link:

has this post:

Quote »300zTT axle length = @ 24 1/2" (static while laying flat)[/quote]So, anybody got a z32 tt driver's side (usdm left) axle laying around they want to hit with a tape measure for me?

I don't know the length off hand but there should be more than half and inch in play, do the joints feel put together? on some vc's they can be dislocated and can be tricky to get reingaged

I would pull your old one out and measure them both to see if there is a difference or call Z1's parts department and ask them. There's probably two different part numbers for the n/a and tt axles. Ask them which one you need and see if your part numbers match.
