Removes the hydraulic lash adjusters. They are used to provide the appropriate clearance between the rocker arms and its pivot (the adjuster). If removed you have to shim them as needed per specs. It helps to make the top end more reliable. Less moving parts.

purpose no 1 is to make more noise

no 2 is to be more extra tyte

its also good for FULL ON RACECARS

so it wouldnt recommended for stock cams on a daily driver???

nope, its a serious mod that comes with a serious amount of noise. it can give you 9000rpm capability(with springs, valves, etc) but will you make power up there? will your engine still run forever up there?

yeah, the ones i have seen had plenty of valve ticking.
