Some info there... Didn't really go through it to make sure it answers your question.

Googling Nissan Z-24 ignition wires actually seemed like it had quite a few results.

I guess the only question that hasn't been answered here is which plug on each cylinder is for the intake side, and which one is for the exhaust. It's been a long time since I've looked at a Z-24 and I never worked on it... it was my dad's for a short time. So if anyone can answer that there shouldn't be anymore questions on this as long as the distributor cap and wires are marked I1, I2, I3, I4, E1, E2, etc.

The plug on the intake side is the intake plug, the side on the exhaust side is the exhaust plug....Quote »The Z24 engine has 8 firing ports; four on the intake manifold side of the engine, four on the exhaust side.[/quote]So I1 would go to the plug on the same side as the intake manifold of cylinder 1...

This is the firing order and wire location you need. If you are looking for a real image of how to place the wires I can't help you but this schematic from the Nissan manual should help

Gotcha... for some reason I remember them being on the same side one above the other, but like I said - it's been a long time and I never actually worked on it...
