What is the most effective way to run turbo coolant lines?

Discuss the RB20, RB25 and RB26 series engines.

I have been searching around on here and skylinesaustraila and haven't come up with a straight answer on how to run my coolant feed and return lines for my topmount turbo. Everyone seems to have different opinions and ways of running the lines. If you have a topmount where are you guys running the lines?

Methods i have seen:coolant feed from nipple by thermostat housing and return to port on exh side cyl 4.

coolant feed from port on exh side cyl 4 and return to radiator

tap and make fitting in pllenum where upper radiator hose goes for feed and return to block port cyl 4

seems like there are many ways of going about this, which is the best method?

Does the top mount manifold create a situation where your turbo water feed line is now the highest point in the cooling system? If so, how do you intend on bleeding the air from that line?

Just food for thought.

Where do you get one of these rebreather devices. Do they have another name? I googled it and came up with nothing.

i dont think it matters to much which way it goes, as long as you have it "flowing" through it.

you wanna look for expansion tanks

if you dont wanna do a import one like greddy, summitracing or other domestic places have it.

just search expansion tank
