sure you can, you can put really any turbo that isn't ridiculously large- now whether you need a custom-made manifold is another question. Where'd you get all your work done?s Seems liek youre lacking the knowledge to install any of the parts listed on your SR.. Is it a S13 black top or S14 black top (VVT)? I still want to see some pics of this install Any of the Garrett GT series, especially the larger ones are A+ check out Precision too, they make really nice turbos and such.

sorry i don't have any photo right now, but i got is the s14 black top, and all the work is going to be a really good people to do the work, he is #4 in the U.S for work on nissan and honda, so you are saying that any of the garrett turbo will work right, but if that is your car, what kind of turbo you will put on there.

Geezuz christ, reading this thread makes my head hurt.

Do you realize how annoying it is to drive a 300whp car on the street? Do you realize how much a PITA it is to grab traction in a 400whp car on the street? 600-700rwhp is NOT gonna be cheap and it is NOT gonna be obtainable on the street unless you roll around on slicks.

right, i know is hard to drive around with that much power, but you know that when you want to smoke some one, and you can do it, right, so what you think is the best set up for the sr, and also what is the best hp to drive around.

How many freakin threads do you have... I just deleted two others in just this forum.

C'mon stick to one thread and please try to make legable english.

GT40R on a SR20 is out of the question, the turbo will be in surge the entire time it spools.

lets be realistic here, you dont sound like you know much about cars or turbo. you should go do some research on the net. go to howstuffworks.com and check out the turbo section.

and to tell you the truth having at 700hp on the street, you will still lose to cars with less hp... the only way you'll win is if you're on the freeway where you could get full spool, but then thatwouldn't be safe

This guy makes me laugh.. haha I love his amazing list of mods and yet he cant figure out what's going on with his car.1. Hes full of crap2. He's got a lot of money and paid someone to do all his engine work and for some reason decided to do the turbo himself....3. By some act of God he did all this stuff, and neglected to look anything up about turbos, or anything about why he put the stuff that he did on his 's14 blacktop'

I'm not really sure.. I'd have to see pics before I believe him

not only that but if you are planning on making that kind of power you had best replace those stock sleeves with something that can handle it...that is if you want it reliable...i agree...you need more time in the forums and learn..we are here help you but you also have to help yourself...i know i am not speaking for everyone in here but i know i do alot of research before i go asking questions...just a thought
