Uh, one's carbon kevlar and one's normal carbon fiber.
Carbon Kevlar is just what it sounds like, it's got Kevlar intermixed into the weave of the fiber, so it's a bit stronger, insomuch as I understand.
For a cooling panel, it doesn't matter, it's not a load-bearing item. Unless you're going to be hitting people with it, normal carbon fiber is fine. I actually prefer the look of the normal aluminum ones, honestly, unless you've already got a super-clean engine bay where a big carbon panel won't look out of place.
