One thing for sure i won't say is regretting buying my 240.It's been a good car that can take a beating and still go.I'm at over 90,000 put on mine in 8 years and it has never left me stranded.

Yeah, alignment and "height adjustment". I thought it would be ~200 but boy was I wrong. My car was already in the shop when I got them so I said what the hell.

last hatchback - letting someone else drive it. he totalled it. fml

current coupe - getting away from simplicity... doing too much, too much money, and not having it done/driving it....

i miss the days when i was happy with q45 brakes, 16's, spray paint, coilovers and rucas. and just driving/beatin the hell out of it

now i have FULL Parts Shop Max suspension/steering, new driveline/2way/mounts, z brakes, big wheels/tires, aero, and an sr on a stand, being torn down. just kinda too much going on... i miss the simple days of doing only one mod at a time.

i have enough money put into my car right now that i literally could buy a G35 in cash... my car may not look like it, but all the new hardware from nissan, restoration supplies, etc adds up QUICK. the ONLY labor i paid for was for the Parts Shop Max knuckle kit, and my powdercoating for the front subframe.

Putting the SR in instead of rebuilding the KA.... I could have spent the money I have dumped into the SR to Turbo the KA! And it wouldn't have taken 2 years to get it back!

I figured i wasn't the only one with some serious regrets.I wish i still lived at home with mom and dad and man would i have a sweet 240.Now i have a sweet house and a decent 240.At least i have a garage 32x32 and the tools to do almost anything.Plus i was at least smart enough to rebuild the motor so it will last for a long time.

Crashing it into a barded wire fence with the top down and almost killing me and passenger. Not entirely my fault but it still happened.

Biggest regret was buying a Trashed one..

I spent 1500 on the car, and an additional 3000 on suspension, upgraded brakes, tuneup misc paneling, sensors, busings, suspension arms etc etc.

Then i spent close to 3500 getting turbo stuff, clutch, hid, headlights, Z32 shift knob, shift boot, stereo, gauges etc etc.

Thats 8000 i could have spent on a 2006+ car.

Not taking care of the car itself when it needed it. I blew money on a damn body kit and widebody quarters.. selling it now, though I don't regret buying the car itself, I learned a lot and it's been good to me. It's only been a money pit when I find myself wanting something I don't HAVE to have.

True. We waste money on all sorts of crap, so it all balances out in the end. I just regret not getting a 13 sooner.

I regret wasting 2 years on a sloppy rusted convertible only to sell it at a loss of course. Now I have a rustless 90 coupe ftw.
