Never one this before. Can I just take matte black spray paint and spray it into the cap and apply it with a paint brush? Will it last or start chipping and look terrible? Or do I need to buy like g2 caliper paint? Also will painting it black affect it at all? I've been wanting to paint the radiator black so you can't see it through the cmod grill as much. thanks

I painted my rad with just regular krylon matt black, just sprayed it on. It has been about a month now and still perfect condition.

As long as you don't put like 20 layers on there, it shouldn't affect it at all.
