What is the Best Struts? OEM VS ???

I have a 2002 Maxima and at 70K the front end sounds like a body panel is loose at every bump. Now the struts are leaking and I need to replace...I'm an Old man with the need for speed and handling..Does the OEM, K products or the Monroe Strut offer similar performance and cost?

KYB GR2's are not OEM replacement struts. They are more in the category of performance. IIRC GR2's are adjustable, so you can adjust stiffness

GR2's are not adjustable. I've heard they are similar to stock Max SE OEM. But, since I drive an I35, I can say that they are stiffer than the stock ones were. (Not the Sport model).
