I'm just wondering what you guys are running and whats the best bang for buck. I'm looking at getting new springs and shocks in a coil-over setup.

not sure there is a bang for your buck with a coilover setup. time to get out the old credit card. if you dont do coilovers, kyb struts and eibach springs seems to be a popular affordable option.

Lol isn't that the truth. My Powertrix setup with the group buy price is around $1700.

holy s***. id stick with Tein for around 1200 and then grab a camber kit.

Yeah Id use Tein as well, but I imagine im just going to do KYB AGX's with Eibach or Tein springs. Im just looking for a smooth ride with a small drop. Will this require a camber kit as I have 18's on my car? Do you guys have a preference between Tein and Eibach?

tein for the brand, eibach for the warranty
go eibach. drop is the same. so stick with the million mile warranty.

I have Eibach & KYB AGX and they ride great for daily use, good for sporty driving too but not quite as low as I personally would like so they will be coming out for coilovers.

Sounds great, this is for my daily so I I still need it to be plenty usable and comfortable in all conditions. Also do these require a camber kit? Or is the difference not enough to worry about.

Not sure on the camber kit, mine came with the Eibach/KYB and I have SPL tension rods and some sort of upper camber adjustment, whether he did them for adjust ability or just replacing parts (previous owner was very meticulous, lots of new parts). Definitely a daily driver setup I would recommend.

You would need a 300* camber correction kit: http://www.300degree.com/hard_parts/camberkit/
