Just curious what is on everyone's bucket lists. Sorry in advance if this topic is a repost.

My bucket list as it stands now:

1) Hunt Kodiak Bear in Alaska
2) Race in the 24 Hour of Le Mans (Don't have to win, just want to be in the race)
3) Go HALO and HAHO Skydiving
4) Go 200 + MPH
5) Travel the world, (Particularly Japan, Ireland, UK, Germany, Transylvania, and Australia/New Zealand)
6) Win or earn $1 Million
7) Drive on several of the worlds most famous race tracks in a fast car (like a Porsche GT3 RS)
8) Go on a test ride in a a fighter jet

Needless to say most of the stuff on my bucket list can pretty much kill me, but hey that's the point of a bucket list.

Everything is negotiable but one. The goal, the only one left after the one I met when I tricked a beautiful, intelligent woman into falling in love with me,,,,

President.

I'm not trying to be be funny either. It sounds like something a four-year-old would say, I know. I think I have solutions and to do anything less than my best to fight for the prosperity of my beloved country and the citizens that work hard and do the right thing, would be a diservice.

It may never happen, I might not make it far, I may never make a difference at all, but it will not be for a lack of passion or effort on my part.

1. I want to lead the cops on a high speed chase across the desert in my Z. No injuries, I just want to feel the adrenaline of being chased and knowing they will never, ever, catch me.
2. Drive Watkins Glen, and win.
3. Learn to drift.
4. Take an epic road trip of the USA, stopping to see something cool in every state. I would love even more to do it in one of our classics (the Z, the Wagon, or the Roadster).
5. Build a really nice storage facility so we'd never have to sell any of our collection.
6. Build a badass garage with a badass loft apartment above it. Yes, to live in.
7. Own another 210.
8. Go snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef.
9. Renew our wedding vows every ten years somewhere we both always wanted to visit.
10. Volunteer at an animal shelter.
11. Donate the money to buy and train a seeing eye dog for a kid who needs a really good one but could never afford it.
12. To have enough money to go to the grocery store and not have to look at the prices.
13. To meet Jesda and MoD. :yesnod

I finally met Jesda, so it's all downhere from here. Actually it was awesome to finally meet him after all these years. :dblthumb:

I haven't thought as much about my own bucket list as helping one of my closest friends with his list (he has terminal cancer). Since he's a car guy, I suspect some items on his list would be on mine.

A few of mine....
1. Finish off my drive/ride in every major make car list. I'm most of way there, but the last few will be tough.
2. urinate into the Grand Canyon
3. Compete in a major rally, like New Foundland. My buddy is interested and is restoring a car that could qualify. I could end up as his navigator.
4. Learn more racetracks.

Those are some awesome lists.

TMS - Anything is possible with the right amount of money, you do have to come back to the country in order to run for President though

Bex - A lot of yours are completely admirable especially the charity ones. My only question is what's stopping you from volunteering at that animal shelter or donating that money for the seeing eye dog (which btw you can also foster and help train said seeing eye dogs and working dogs for the disabled) As far as the grocery store item, I never thought you'd have such a problem.

Bubba - I definitely like #3, I would love to do a run at Pikes Peak. Hell if I were in to motorcycles I'd love a chance to run in the TT @ the Isle of Mann or even to go to Sturgis and Daytona's Bike Week

Tito - That's a lot of walking, and what's stopping you from peeing in a girls pooper? As far as the space one is concerned, you save up enough money you could totally buy tickets on that space shuttle/plane thing that Virgin Galactic has. http://www.virgingalactic.com/

Oktoberfest is a given in pretty much any beer aficionado's list.

Sure it is, haven't you ever heard of watersports, if you can pee in the cooter, you can pee in the pooper.

That Virgin Galactic flight is $200K with a $20K deposit... Just FYI

On #8, I'm confused, shouldn't that be have a pack of Pitbulls? How do you have a fleet of dogs? #10 will never happen because we as a country have lost our way and lack the discipline and self respect to be less arrogant. I would like to see the old ways come back, where it's OK for parents, teachers, and neighbors to correct and discipline our kids, where people are nicer to each other. Damnit the 40's and 50's need to make a comeback.

Oh it would be a fleet alright, it's funnier to call them a fleet (been in the trucking industry too long.) Yeh #10 is a dream but had to throw it out there. I also agree the principles of the 1940s-50s parenting need to come back quick. Parents need to ask themselves which is worse, their kid who's butt-hurt for an hour because of a good correction or their kid in a casket because they failed to teach them about consequences?.

The Glen is located in a beautiful area too, da NY Finger Lakes region. Wine country FTW(burp). It's a must do track.

I'm down. Definately have wanted to do this. You start in GA in Feb/March and head North. Takes about 6months to complete.

But for real we should talk about this as a future thing.

2. build my own race car. Probably out of an s13.

3. Get an S30, S130, or 510 wagon.

5. Drive cross country in an S-Chassis or 510 wagon.

6. Grow a substantial Tree from seed. Already tried mango and the seedling dried up, and have an avacado and lemon going right now.

7. Have Children and take them to Aachen and Braunschweig, DE.

8. Do something original.

i figure if a blind guy and his seeing eye dog can do it, an overweight brown guy with a smoking habit and a compromised liver can, too. but really, i've already completed the ct sections and have always aspired to do the whole thing at once.

Volunteering at the animal shelter is out of the question until I have more disposable time. As of right now, with my school, the kids and their school, helping Greg, working on NICO, etc., there just aren't enough hours in the day to do more.

The seeing eye dog thing I just haven't done any research on in a long time. Before I moved to AZ, I had always wanted to own a few high dollar dogs and breed them. Once a year I wanted to take the pic of the litter and donate it to the charity. That one has been a dream since I was a kid.

The grocery store deal is this: I used to have to feed my family on a very, very, VERY limited budget and there were certain things I just couldn't have. I always swore that one day I wanted to have enough money to at least go to the store and be able to buy what I wanted.

Only one thing on my bucket list matters, but it's really a collection of things.

I want to unite humanity under a single banner. With that done, I will be free to secure the future of humanity while improving things for the present. No more territorial war. No more resource war. No more religious war. No more factionalism. No more thinking of ourselves as America or Australia or China but as Humanity. A united Humanity with a common future, realized and pursued collectively.

Aside from that I'd like to find the bucket and crush it, then melt it down to cast the flush lever on my Imperial crapper.

 I love avocados sooo much. Not sure how happy I'd be without them, or cilantro and limes for that matter.

4 and 6! Although the latter I'd just rather find already done (I've seen houses where the first floor is a 2-3 car garage and the 2nd floor is the living space).
13: I got to meet Jesda but I really want to meet MoD one day.

Mine off the top of my head and excluding the above:
1. Visit Kyoto, Japan for a couple of weeks and hike through the forests and see the historical sites, visit Japan's race tracks.
2. Visit England, Spain, and the Dominican Republic again.
3. Tracktime with the Miata; class wins in autocross.
4. Drive down the west coast like Onizuka did (falls under epic roadtrip) and hike through the redwood forest
5. Get a wolfie-looking dog (like a shepherd/husky mix) and train it proper
6. Get a job that involves helping people and having enough money to do the above (although 5 is easy). :gapteeth:

Eh.. that's a terrible list I know. :)
