what is my smoke problem

getting kind of annoying now =/

basiclly whenever i engine brake to a stop or for atleast 3+ seconds as soon as i get on the accelerator poof, smoke out my patooty. clueless as to what it is. trying to source a timing light right now to chech/redo the timing on it

This doesn't occur under any other acceleration, correct? If it was under all hard acceleration I'd think valve guides.

What's your BOV setup, if you're running one?

It could very well be your valve guides or your turbocharger. I've rarely seen the valve guides go piss-poor bad on these engines, but then again, those rubber pieces are pretty old.

I had a similar problem, mine turned out to be the oil breather hoses were partially blocked. Pulled them all off and gave them a quick clean and problem was gone.
