What is my model year?

I have an Infiniti Q45 and the sticker on the driver side which has the VIN number says 03/93. My question is, is this a 1993 or 1994 model?

Does it have a grille?

Usually model runs for Japanese automakers start around June of the year before but IIRC the 94 was an early introduction so yours is probably a 94.

My first Q45 had a build date of 02/93 and it was a 1994 model. The 94 models have a center console with cup holders under the cover, a chrome grille, fog lights, a gold clock (the earlier models have black ones), the console surround and ash tray cover is wood (the earlier models are black as well), the idiot lights are on the left side of the instrument cluster, the lower portion of the car is the same color as the upper (the earlier models have a dark grey rocker panels).
