What is it Called?

I could not figured out what it was called and I tried lookin on search under intakes and baffles. But After i find the answer I will erase this post so if you guys/gals can help it'll be much appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

Q: What is the Piece Called that you connect or attached to the Intake so incase your Intake takes in water it should absorb it or stop it. (Thinking-WaterBaffle-)

Q2: Do any of you have an Idea what I just ask or trying to ask? No Need To Reply to this one.
