what is good oil pressure at start up?

my oil pressure is at 50 psi at start up and driving its 70 - 75 psi, is that normal or high?

Of course when you first start the car the oil pressure will be high. The oil is thick and cold,

According to the FSM when the car is at operating temperature the oil pressure should be between 60-70psi at 3000 rpms.

sounds normal... or at least that's the same results I get when I first start my car in the morning.
