Ever since I let it sit for a month, it will not start. Fuel pump works, fpr is not stuck, i tested cylinder 1 for spark and it had it. It cranks over and over and over, but does not start or even sound like its starting to fire at all. Im guessing fuel injectors are clogged, but all of them? I would think it would start and misfire or atleast fire a little.

It ran fine before you parked it? Pull a plug and verify fuel delivery.

Jump the fuel injector relay, maybe it went bad. Its one of the green relays by tbe ecu.

I checked the first spark plug and coil pack on the the first cylinder and it gets spark. I also disconnected the FPR and turned the key and fuel started gushing out of the fuel rail so I know the fuel pump is good and its making it to the fuel rail.

You need to verify that fuel is actually making it to the cylinders (injectors are firing...). You can pull a plug to find out. It should be wet with fuel since it's not starting. If it's not, then try jumping your injector relay as Alex suggested.

Could I just jump the relay first instead of taking everything apart to check the injector? Also, how would I jump the relay? Im guessing I take the relay off the plug and put wires between the contacts shown on the diagram on the back of the relay which is 1->2 and 3->5? Also do I do it to both of the relay plugs or just one of the two? If so which one?

Stick a multimeter on the injectors and see if they are getting power. I'll bet you a dollar they aren't ;-)

So I swapped the two green relays after I learned that one is for the fuel pump and one is for the fuel injectors. I know the fuel pump is pumping, so I swapped them and same result; fuel pump is pumping, no start. So now I pulled an injector and the tip seemed a little damp, but I dont know if it was like that before I pulled out, or maybe some fuel dripped on it when I was pulling it. So if it was damp, im guessing that means the fuel injector is working, but the fuel is not being ignited, therefore it could be coilpacks/plugs/wiring/ignition control module. And if it was dry, im guessing that means the injector is not spitting out fuel and it is clogged! Anyone agree or disagree? Or any other suggestions?

There are two wires coming out of the injectors (more acuratly, the plug attached to it). Stick a probe type light up test in to each of those wires and see if it lights up while you are cranking.

I tested two of the actual injectors for continuity and one of them had it when i moved the leads around. I took it out to see that the pins had corrosion and gunk on them, so that could cause it to not work properly if it doesnt have a good connection. I have yet to see if the actual plug has voltage when I crank it.

Cleaning up the terminals definitely wouldn't be a bad thing. Especially if you aren't getting good a good connection. From reading your first post, I don't think it is an injector issues. Injectors don't clog just from sitting with no fuel running through them.

Fuel, Air, and Spark...are you sure you're getting all three, and in the correct quantities?

They are because after it starts up, it runs and drives fine and starts up fine after its warm. I was thinking maybe the cold start valve/sensor?
