but the thing is, how come my gauge gas meter didn't look like it dropped before i turned off the car? an example is me going to grab some food, as im driving there and once im parked there before turning my car off i noticed my gas meter barely moved, but once i turn it off and come back out to the car within 5 mins, i turn my car on and my gas meter just dropped and it looked like i drove a bit further but i didn't do anywhere.AZhitman wrote:No, there's nothing wrong. When there's no power to the gauge, it's not reading accurately. As soon as you power on, it reads the level and adjusts.
Try it with a totally full tank. DO NOT overfill it, though, you'll load up your emissions canister.
