What is exact model CD player???

I have a 2004 Nissan Armada with just the stock radio. My 6-CD changer is not working, showing a "Check Disk" error. I think the laser reader is not working properly. I want to change the CD player myself. Does anyone know the exact model of the CD players in this model truck, and where can I buy one?
