I was just curious what settings everyone runs.1) what do you use your car for? (autox, drag, roadrace, touge, drift)2) what are your toe, camber and caster setting?3) what size rim and tires do you run?

by the way, anyone know the stock 98SE toe/camber/caster numbers?

Front

3.5 Camber.10 total In7.5 Caster

Rear (Mystery OEM alinment)Camber - 3Toe -.50 in with a .3 thrust angle. (OMGOMG LAME)

It works, once I get links I'm gonna go to 1.7 Camber and a touch of toe in on the rear for better tire wear/not retardo toe... also more low.

The front feels good as is, the Caster makes quick transitions easy and the toe in keeps the toe wear away and makes it not stupid on the highway.

-I mostly use my car for road race or the occasional gay autox and maybe 2 drift days here and there -Front:camber -2 degtoe -.03 - .02 deg (I usually try to get it as close to zero as possible)Caster is set at 7.2 deg I like the feel of 8 caster on my friends car but these damn SPL tension rods only let me go to 7.2 deg

Rear:camber is also set at -2 degreestoe is set at .09 deg

- wheels are 17x9 all around215-45F235-40R

Car feels pretty good grip wise although as I said above I wish I could adjust my caster a little higher

Increase in caster = increase in camber while turning if that makes any sense also makes your steering effort a little different

well, went to get an alignment today, unfortunately i didn't have enough adjustability in my stock rods in the rear so for now, this is what i got.

front:camber -1.75toe: 1/16 toe-incaster: stock, didnt bother with it (i'll deal with it once i get my other rear toe rod to install tension rod, rear upper arm and toe rod)

rear:camber -2.25toe: 1/8 toe-in

gonna have to wait for a toe rod so i can install the upper control arm to adjust camber also...

bummer.

He has an s13. Only 7.2 degrees? My car is at 7 degrees stock! Maybe something weird is going on with your frame?

Yeah one side was 7.5 stock and the other was 7.0 stock. But my frame is straight cars has never had any type of accident. I'm going to see if I call SPL tomorrow maybe they can give me some suggestions

stock is 7???

Wow, something must have been wrong w/ my car... b4 mods, it was around 5... I have plenty of room for adjustment on my car now, but I didn't know stock was that high, something to remember for next alignment setup.

I have S14 FLCAs, KTS and Nismo Inner bushings.

7.2 is enough to get the job done, more than that will really only be good for making 10in wide wheels clear the firewall.

Yeah I feel OK with the 7.2 I just thought I would be able to adjust it alot more. I'll see if I really like it this week at the track

brokeAs240sx: I think its somewhere around 7 like 6.4-7.0 Dont quote me on this though
