I thought I would see if everyone who hibernates their car in winter, had plans to do some mods performance or cosmetic.

Im putting in an aluminum flywheel, 550cc injectors, tubular manifold, metal head gasket, rocker arm stoppers, valve springs, z32 maf, Greddy e-manage, TOTALLY REWIRING the rats nest that was created next to my ecu, and reprogamming the ecu.

12 sec ET'S in my SR S14 HERE I COME!!!!!!!! :xfingers :xfingers :xfingers

-Sr swap + other engine goodies,-swapping my 1990 bumper to the 91+ style,-Fixing all dents, rust holes, and dings,-Repainting entire car-transferring my rockford fosgate headunit+ infinity kappa speakers from my z24 into the 240Bee*R type III (dual) exhaust.

The dents and rust in my trunk and back deck are taking up most of my time right now. The guy who owned it before me was a cop , and i think he must have used it on car chases and ramed people. Either that or parked it on a driving range.

So far I've managed to pull the engine.

I have a stock replacement w/ approx. 40,000 miles waiting to be dropped in.

- Just sent off the turbine off my GT3037 to be coated by SwainTech- Having my turbo manifold redesigned to my specs and coated by SwainTech- Installing a Holley Pro Commander 950 Standalone Engine Management System (going to be fun...started yesterday)- ACT Clutch ready to be put on new motor- Moving all my Electronics from the glove box to someplace I can actually see them (EGT, Fuel Press., Boost, Oil Temp, Oil Press., Turbo Timer, Warning Monitor, AVC-R)...also tons of fun- S2000 Start Button into cigarette lighter hole- Find LSD- Soak Intercooler to get all the oil out while it's off- Cleaning Engine Bay while motor is out- GReddy oil catch tank- Removed A/C- Valentine One Radar detector and police scanner have to go in before I take it on the road :D

That's about all I can think of right now...I'm sure I'll get some more fun stuff before winter is over

Well since my car is bone stock, I hoping to at least get:A new clutch. Nothing fancy just like a stage 1 organic or some suchNew struts, springs, bushings, STB's and wheels(i dont want to do suspension without getting wheels at the same time or vice versa)Brakes.Nothing spectacular here. KVR cross drilled rotors with KVR carbon fiber pads and ss braided lines all around.

Now I SHOULD have all of that done by march or april. The suspension and wheels I'll get with my income tax return, I should be getting in the neighborhood of 2.5k back from that so that'll be nice. The brakes will probably come soon because mine are squeaky and they chatter when breaking at high speeds. Anyhow, I can't wait to rid myself of this curse known as stockness! So far I've spent about 600 bones on general repairs, I'm ready to stop replacing and start upgrading. Then again at least I'm not like these people that have lost like 1/4 of their compression in every cylinder but they have a nice shiny exhaust lol. Ok my post is freakin huge I quit.

no way i wish it was my pantera. It is this old man who owns a big construction company. He has that pantera and a newer ( 93?) lamborgini contach i think. he bring both of them to our shop every other year just to charge the battery and such.its a waste that he has those kind of cars. He is about 90+ y.o. and can barley stand. The pantera sat so long from not being used the gasoline varnished inside the tank and clogged the carbs. I did get to take it for a spin twice. Man that thing can throw you back into your seat!
