What is difference between master key and valet key?

I had red ones,

and i bought these master and valet one,

What is difference between those?

is it just glove box lock/unlock??

The red ones which are supposed to be the valet keys will only do the doors and ignition, basically minus trunk and glove box.

But i still can open the trunk with it..I dont know how, but it works,,

I looked it up in my car manual. It says only for the glove box. I guess they figured if they wanted to get in the trunk then they could just pull up on the trunk/gas lever on the driver's side.
