what is difference about MT crossmember?

ok, so i'm in the middle of my 5 speed swap and somehow i missed that the crossmember and transmission mounts are 2 separate peices... ok, i admit that i'm a bone head.

i bought a new mount but missed the crossmember

so what is the difference really?

i just don't want my gf to drive me all the way out to the junkyard, just so i can leave them scratching their heads wondering how the hell i got the thing off

one is humped to hold the trans higher in the tunnel. i forgot which is which.

if you look at it from the front or back, one looks llike this across the top

Trans mounts should be the same you just need the manual cross member to make it work.

Well I have done 4 auto to manual swaps now.
