Alright, I got and swapped my 240 about 2 1/2 months ago. And it seems like every 2 weeks or so I am replacing the turbo gasket and studs, and or nuts. I use grade 8 lock nuts, not the nylon ones the reg ones. But at first the nuts would come loose, so i put lock nuts on there, that helped but they would still come loose. Or I would snap a stud some how. I've replaced every stud and nut at least 4 times by now. Finally I managed to find those tabs, so I put those on and the nuts dont' come loose, well kinda. The front two are still tight with the tabs. But I snapped another stud on the back so since there was no nut for that tab to hold the opposite side nut came loose and fell off. Does anyone have a solution for this? Potential problems: no torque dampener or flex pipe in the down pipe. But I know friends that don't have those either and they seem to not have a problem. Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

Improper exhaust/downpipe fitment can cause this. This includes parts that don't fit properly, or not using all the hangers on the exhaust (like the hanger on the downpipe).

Other than stress from fitment, I think escessive exhaust gas temps could cause this too.
