What is an ACC valve?

In one of my previous posts I asked what was wrong with my car and I explained how it was cutting off and idleing at low rpm s until it eventually cut off, and I was told by people on this forum that I needed an ACC valve, I went to Advanced Auto and the Wax shop(our local performance shop) and asked about it and got the same response, they didnt know what it was and they said they never heard of it, they asked me where it goes and i was clueless(Im not a mechanic and not really car knowledgeable if you cant tell) so does anyone know what it is or how to explain it to somebody so I could buy/order the part, any info. would be helpful , thanks

Just a guess. Heh I seriously doubt 240s even have that system. I did a google search for nissan ACC valve and I came up with that, so I figured Id show ya.
