I have a Q45 that I'm trying to part out, with the active suspension. It has approx. 130k on it.

What I'm wondering is: What is the full active suspension worth, including computers, suspension assembly, and etc.. All necessary parts to make it work.

No differential, suspension arms, wheels, brakes.. None of that. Just the active suspension components.

Thanks in advance.

The junk man usual gives us $10 for the scraps when we do a conversion.

the $5,000 worth of parts [probably $10,000 new at retail] have a very limited market.................buyer sets the prices so to speak.

Why is a $12,000 Q45 takeout engine only worth $750-$1000 plus freight.A $5000 transmission worth $200-$400 plus freight

Using the same divide by 12 ratio maybe $600 but that assumes all the struts are not leaking.

I don't recall any posts from people looking to get rid of their standard suspension and add a complete active setup. Usually it goes the other way. I would be surprised if there were any market for it.

I have a buyer already.. Was wondering what a fair price to charge him would be.

I had 400 in mind initially, but from what you all say...

He offered 100.. I'd like to get at least 200. Fair?

if you have EVRYTHING and none of the control valves or pump is leaking, it might be worth $200 to the right buyer.

i'd be interested in the pump and front control valves if you want to part it.

Might be worth giving Keith a call:

He'd know what a fair price is.
