body is crazy solid, none of the typical rust problems(battery tray), motor is decent, needs new valve seals, suspension looks all worked through, interior needs some pieces repaired, or sourced because they are missing...what should this car be worth? i might be trading this person for my car, and i want to see if i'm making a sensible decision....

in florida a solid chassis isn't as hard to find as here in the rust belt, a clean chassis anywhere from 1k to 10k, just depends is it an early 71 or a late 71? is it all origional? is the engine and trans origiona: are you planning on keeping it origional? are the framerails creased at all? how about the firewall? how about the floorpans near the rockers? these are the places to spot hidden damage, is the car undercoated? the undercoating does a good job of holding the rust together

and on those typical rust areas be sure to look very closely at the frame rails inside the wheels wells near the firewall and above the front sway bar, the lip above the tail lights under the hatch, the spare tire well, the floor pans, the rear wheel arch where it meets the rockers and where is meets the lower rear quarter, basically is it's not glass or rubber look for rust!
