Agreed. Most people think less pucks means less harsh, but actually the opposite is true (don't feel bad, common mistake). If you think about it, less pucks means the force is distributed over less area, therefore giving you more force on a given area and more pressure overall. (Pressure = Force / Area)
And I can't say that I've ever heard of a 2 puck clutch either

physics wouldn't work on that one. Once dragsters start needing that much holding power they move to exotic custom systems.
