what interchangable parts can i find between ALL the 240 years?

There aren't that many. Since the wheelbase, suspension, engine ECU coding (ODBD-1 and 2) all changed.

Off the top of my head, the engine itself is interchangeable, so are trannys. Front and rear brake calipers are changeable.

THe S14 4-lug rotors, etc can be swapped to an S13.
