Ok guys i am wondering what injectors will fit the ca i know the skylines do but how about the other cars that are made here in the states like the rx7 tubo which i think are like 550cc,the turbo supra 440cc i heard and the mitsubishi eclipse turbo wich are 440cc i heard....if anyone know please respond cos i can get all of these at my local yard at a good price and saves me the waiting time...i know i can get them from japan but i dont like waiting and it would kill me if you can use the ones from the other cars i stated cause they are much more easier to get...

yeah i wasnt looking for aftermarket injectors.... i was looking for injectors that i can easily pick up at the local yard from 440cc to 550cc and that would be fairly cheap then buying them from aftermarket stores or even buying them from japan

the 550cc Rx7 Turbo II injectors ARE a direct drop in. I NEED a set very badly and I cant find any. cuzan0-if you can get a set of 4 from the junkyard(assuming they work) i'd be willing to pay for them+shipping+a lil for your time. Actually, if anyone can get me 550cc or more injectors for a reasonable price I'd be interested.

thanks!-Ian

Ok i traded my ka24de motor, trans ecu and harness for a used garrett t28 and a garrett T04b i know i can bolt up the t28 but can i use the T04b with a new manifold well im going to weld a t4 flange on it and put on a racegate my ecu is chipped to run GTR injectors and i have a walbro fuel pump,is that enough to run the T04b??? thats why i was asking about injectors in my last post...oh yeah if my ecu is chipped for gtr injectors is it ok to go higher than the 444cc???

It will run rich across the board if you get bigger injectors with the same turbo. If you get larger injectors and a larger turbo you have too many variables to predict. If you have a SAFC and you don't go real big over the setup that the ECU was tuned to you should be able to trim it out.

People, what about the impedance (ohm) of the injectors?? I know the CA18DET has low impedance injectors and if I'm not mistaken the RX7 has high impedance!

Can you run High Ohm injectors with an ECU that is programmed to run low Ohm injectors from the factory?

I asked before, but no one replied!

You say that you can swap RX7 injectors.

CA18DET has low Ohm injectors, the RX7's has high Ohm.What about the CA18DET ECU? Can this be done without affecting the ECU?

I quote my friend:S4 FCs used low impendance, whereas the S5s used high.FDs use 2 550cc for primary and 2 850cc for secondary, both high impendance....

so, how about just using S4 injectors?

The 84-85 Rx-7 GSL-SE uses 2 680cc low impedance injectors. The 86 thru early 88 N/A Rx-7s use 4 460cc low impedance injectors. The 87 thru early 88 Turbo Rx-7s use 4 550cc low impedance injectors.
