i would call that drifting rather than doughnuts. Doughnuts tend to not have any control and just go in random circles with alot of smoke.
I actually saw a bunch of drunk guys make a game out of it here on galveston beach. About 20 drunk hispanics climbed on a 1980 POS corolla and did doughnuts until one guy was left. I was actually impressed the guy that won still had his budweiser in his hand!!
