I've been looking at Accel, NGK, OEM, and Aurora wires. Which ones are the best for the money? Also, are the NGK Iridium plugs worth $5/plug?

Most people on the boards will reccomend NGK all around. Very good products, with somewhat higher costs to match.

Personally, I use NGK iridium plugs with Nology Hotwires - Gave me a little more low-end grunt, and they look good under the hood. :) Just my $0.02

i wouldn't recomend the Nology wires. they have a capacitor that must charge before firing your spark plug. if you must wait for the capacitor to charge, you are effectevly retarding your ignition timing. i woulg go with NGK wires and NGK plugs. Iridiums if your boosted.

The OEM ones are nice, but I couldn't justify spending 110 bucks on spark plug wires. I went with some ACCEL's from Enjuku and must say, they are very nice, and very high quality. I cant tell you anything about performance just yet except that my car does run with em'.

Marshun, do you have a KA24E? If you do then 70 bucks is about right, I accidentally got some for 65, seems they thought 92 240's came with the E at my local dealership (idiots all of em').

I decided to go with the Aurora wires with NGK Iridium plugs from PDM. I ordered those along with my B&M short shifter.

...Look at http://www.ngk.com . The wires for the DE are like 70. I didn't look at shipping, but I don't know what your talking about with 110...

I'm talking about factory wires from the dealership, not NGK. The factory wires are grossly overpriced, it seems having an uncle with an account at a dealership helps though :) Thats pretty cool marshun! All the good priced dealerships I know of still charge upwards of 85 for them and they are never in stock :(
