There was some in it when I bought it from the guy, but now it doesn't have any oil. I know I am even overdue for an oil change too.

if i am correct, the oil change has nothng to do with the catch can. the oil change will only affect the motor oil and the runnings of the engine internals and what-not. the catch can is set-up to catch the extra carbon, sludge, and other crap from your intake that wasnt completely filtered out before it gets sucked into your engine. therefor, im assuming that an empty catch can would be a good thing and that "crap" has already been filtered. this is what i have gathered form MY understanding. you might could check with "beancooker" on this...he did a nice write-up about catch cans awhile back. if im wrong, he could probably set you straight!! hope this helps!!

I'm not sure how yours is set-up. If it's running off the PCV valve, you should get a little accumulation, but not much. If the hose to the catch can is large, it may be stuck in the hose.

Ok. I think it has something to do with the pcv valve. I made a new thread about it above
