What i this and where does it go?

Alright so i jus bought this 240 s14 and its got a swapped engine, still the ka24 but from a 96, so its a little different and now i got something extra.

The first pic is of a canister that has 4 hoses comin out, 1 on the bottom that goes to a hard line, im guessin to fuel tank, another that goes idk where, and 2 right above each other that go nowhere atm.

Next i got what seems to be the same thing but all connected to my engine. The only hose that doesnt go anywhere is the one with a bolt in it (obviously). which i am guessing is suppose to go to the hard line that the hose on the bottom of the canister goes in the other pic.

So my question is, i need this to pass smog, so far its not passing visual because of this, shuld i take out the canister n connect the bolted hose to the hard line somehow, or since everything seems to be working fine, should i just connect the 2 small hoses from the canister to something and make the bolted hose look like its goin somewhere even though its not...also what are these parts called?

PS I also am missing this sensor (see pic below), right now i just have all the 3 small hoses jus connected to eachother using a "T", should i leave it this way? or get the sensor...it isnt throwing any codes, check engine light is good.

well i know the first pic is part of the egr, usually all the hoses comming from that thing besides the hardline at the bottom go to the intake manifold

the second pic looks like the egr vavle, they put the bolt in it to stop the vacume leak but its weird because they didnts seem to finish the egr delete

and that last pic looks like a egr sensor, idono how many on s14 but s13 have two usually in the back

i hate smog and egr bs. basically the hardlines that go from the headers go to an air box and the other to the egr valve, the hoses and sensors are all part of the egr system and thats weird its not throwing a light
