I have 18 days till I start on the swap. I feel confident of the whole thing including the wiring. What I am fearing is all the vacuum lines and other hoses. Since I didn't get a clip, all I have to reference are the pics that people have shown on forums. The lack of write-up on where these lines go to is scary.

Am I the only one who feels/felt this way?

Do you have the r33 JPNZ manual?

Once you seperate what's coolants and air, the Vacuum hook up is actually simple.

there is really only one vac line that you have to worry about.thats for the bypass valve.the other ones on the intake plenum are for emissions.least thats how it goes with the rb20.

On the rb20det like carl said all you have to hook up is the Upper most Vacuum port on the plenum to the Recirculator Valve. Everything else runs to the Scavanger Canister.

Thanks. Do you just plug up the rest? The scavenger cannister, is that the cannister up front close to the KA distributor?

No I don't have the manual.

You can plug the rest or just run a hose from one nipple to the other. Yes the scvanger Canister (as I like to call it) is the black canister that is upfront next to the radiator and it has four lines on it, One on the bottom and the Other three on top.

Plug the canister and boost sensor since you probably don't have it.

Sweet! Thanks, I needed that.

The boost sensor port at the back end of the manifold, I will try to hook that up to my autometer boost gauge. Right?

BTW you can buy the little vacuum plugs at Autozone or any other parts place for a couple of bucks. It saves you having to getto something, and they come in different sizes.

That would be great. You're welcomed to come over anytime. You got my number. BTW, I'm going to do the swap on 5/15 Saturday, so stop by if you can.
