Yea, that is a pretty sick bender. Im guessing by stick you mean a 20ft section? Do you have an idea of how long the main hoop is from end to end?

Well gussets on the b pillers are going to be out of the question. the a-pillers are kind of sketchy and if i cant do apiller gussets having only c-piller gussets would just look stupid. the thing is that when i layed out the frame work i made it suck up to all the walls. so its pretty tight.

Basically i took a portaband and cut the knuckle about a 1/4" from where the rod mount was and measured so far than made another cut took the knuckles and beveled all sides of both the knuckle and rod mount. chucked it up on the welding table and tigged the piss out of it.

a little bit of an engine update got my arias pistons and eagle rods off the truck today. waiting on my main studs and 11mm head studs to show up so i can get the bottom end together. also recived my 24+1 trigger disc from aem. almost done putting my msii together, set up for cop boost control and launch control. running cops of a 09 cbr1000rr. shouldnt have any problems with spark blow out due to honda over engingeering them for the high revs the bike sees
