Should put ~300 at the wheels and run somewhere in the 12's.(depends heavily on how good you can get the car off the line)

Since you are running 264 cams, I would run a larger turbo that can take full advantage of the powerband the cams will give you. A t-2 flanged td06 20g(about $800) is almost a direct replacement for the s15 turbo you have now, and flows enough air to make a little over 400 on pump gas and north of 450 on e-85 or race fuel.(it also is a near perfect match for the bc 264 cams) Another good option is a gt30r, but it cost more (I think around $1200 new but can be found cheaper used) and it is a t-3 flange, so you will have the added cost of having to swap to to a top mount t-3 setup, and it will make roughly the same power as the 20g.

There is no reason that a 300 hp 2800-3000 pound car is not capable of a 1/4 mile pass in the 12's with a competent driver. Hell, with a bad driver it will do 13's all day everyday.

I personally have little interest in 1/4 mile times, but over the last 6 years I've seen enough people post their times with mods/dyno numbers to know that a 240 with 300 hp (stock weight) will run in the 12's, as long as the driver knows what they are doing.

Sounds. Good but j just bought this car. I know the t28 is Max out and my question is if I should put a bigger Turbo on what is the boost I should run. Granted the car is not going be a DD but I still want it reliable

That depends on what turbo you run and how much power you want under your right foot all the time. But, with a forged short block you shouldn't have to much trouble, as long as it was assembled with the proper clearances and it is running a good clean tune.

This. I was thinking low 13's, maybe high 12's at best
