I just swapped the battery terminals, and the connections are good, but for some reason my engine won't crank now, and it just makes a click click click click click click sound. Did I knock a connection loose somewhere? Maybe the starter?

Very indicative of bad connection--if there is any green/corrosion on the wires stick it in some baking soda and water.
