i have a 3.5se A/C CVT but before this i was driving a 2005 Nissam Altima 2.5s stick shift. it was bone stock (it was my mom's car). she raced my friends 1999 Toyota Camry and he had intake and i think he said headers (it was an automatic). when i was driving it i'd beat several hondas and acuras with fart can exhaust.... there were others too but it was like 3 years ago and i dont really remember the rest.

The only thing the QR25 has beaten is the price difference from the VQ . LOL just kidding. I believe the QR has a ton of potential for modding and "track" running. Lets hear the stories guys.

the QR25 is the torqueyst 4 cylinder ive ever driven. honestly, the 2005 2.5s stick shift i was driving felt like it pulled a little harder then my 3.5se CVT A/C... but stick always feels faster... but i used to think (and still do) that the 2.5 has some potential.

you guys arnt going to believe me but i beat a v6 accord 2000 umm and gs300 umm the new coupe civic si and a rsx with intake and exhaust only one i lost to was a coupe lol

just this morning, I beat this guy in a bmw, my 2.5 is all stock, not sure what model he had, he was tailgating me onto the freeway, we hit the on ramp hard, it was a hard right turn on ramp, and I was on it pretty good at that point, and when he tried to pass me once we straightend out, I gunned it, and he could not get me I know it was a 2 door beemer, thats it, as he never passed me so, not sure! looked like a 325i, that style of bimmer.

We stopped at light which is near my house so i decided to go nuts i gave him my ti-c and he got nothing i think, not even got tinted when green y'all know but after third shift i was like 5' or 6' away from him so idk might be coz of i didnt have my intake and STS yet .but still those cars seem lighter

i have raced a mid 90 accord with an intake and exhaust, i didn't know what he had and it sounded like an exhaust for sure (we all know that sound lol) and i heard the intake once i took him, we did a roll at 40 and we beeped and once i gunned it, i literally beat him really bad.

i also raced my cousins 95 toyota avalon, it has the "megatron" motor so i was kinda nervous at first lol, for those of you who don't know the mid 90's Avanlons had the name Megatron on an engine cover, it's pretty funny. he was stock. we did a roll at 50 i took him all the way up to the limiter, and then he started coming.

i raced my cousins 135i, he annihilated me, no need to go into details lol. at the time he had his downpipe in which gave it almost an extra 30 whp, which blew my mind.

i raced a 2005 audi a4 on a roll of 50 and i took him, but barely, he was stock as well.

I beat Dacoupe today. wheel bogs it was a terrible race i think we were talking at the beginning of it as well. I used my cunning conversation of i think they get an advanced green...light when green i went and dacoupe kinda couldnt catch me.

Audi's stock 2.0T is a beast compared to our 2.5

it is faster than our car, but i had him just a little, and the intake helped out most definitely, and im not sure about the pulley

but once the bullydog gt tuner gets into my hands, if it ever does, im sure i will be taking more than just an a4, hopefully! im hoping i can break into the high 6's for 0-60 times and im hopin to do mid to low 15's for the quarter, but who knows what is going to happen

Ive beaten a lot of civics, hatchbacks, si's , um some with exhaust, dont know what else. I beat a honda crx, toyota corolla type s lol , and theres been more, just cant think of them.

I have beaten an Acura integra cant remember what year it had exhaust, beat a 2000 honda civic si dont know the mods and beat a toyota solara lol. All I have is GReddy exhaust.

off the line, the Qr25 is a torquey little bastard.... I'd say a stock 2.5 would stay even and maybe a bit ahaed (with a good launch) with a 3.5 that has an exhaust (loss of low end torque) from a dig to maybe 60 ft...

I drive my wife's 2.5 a bit more these days, and off the line, its got nice get up.....

lol i've always wondered what those 2.5s can beat, umm i do alot of racing.... SHHHHH , i got a 3.5 cvt wit intake n ypipe n have beaten 350zs, srt4, v6 accord, auto g35, mustang 5.0 n TONS of little four bangers that thought they stood a chance lol. i love how very few people know much about the coupes and that usually ends up making me some good money
