You're lucky it only hit your bumper. I had a nice size chunk hit the windshield of my old Jeep Comanche almost coming entirely through...I got sprayed with some glass from the interior laminate...and I almost crashed b/c I ducked/swerved trying to avoid it. Not even tailgating...it took a hop off the road and clipped the front of my header panel (right where it said Jeep). Off an SUV with about 6" of ice'/snow doing 75mph on I90 in NY on a January thaw day.
